What I liked

I was in the Day Surgical Unit. All the staff were helpful, respectful and kind. Everything that was happening was explained clearly and I am sure that the clinical care was excellent. I do not believe that I could have got better care and genuine kindness anywhere else, at any price. Three cheers for this bit of the NHS.

What could be improved

There was a bit of confusion about which day I was to come in but this was quickly resolved.

Anything else?

The waiting time was quite short and the hospital were very helpful in fitting the operation around my work commitments.
