Today, 4 January 2016, I arrived at 10:30 for an unsedated gastroscopy procedure. I was very nervous about the procedure itself and the possible range of outcomes. I think my blood pressure reflected this! However, from consultant to reception, the staff were brilliant and reassuring. The procedure was more than a tad trying but the very kind nurse helped me through it all.
I am very thankful to the team for completing the procedure quickly and effectively while helping me to keep it all together. True teamwork!
