"urology services"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Urology County Hospital (Stafford) / Urology Manor Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Am unable to contact urology secretary to inform that I had to attend walsall manor hospital twice due to not being able to self catheterise and ask for urgent appointment with Mr Nair to do explorative surgery. May have to transfer to Walsall manor for operation, I think this service has deteriorated since transfer to north stoke hospital. Also no contact phone numberr for urology nurses.
