"Nobody Answers the Richmond Royal Hospital Phone"

About: South West London And St George's Mental Health NHS Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I rang 02035132300 (The Richmond Royal Hospital phone number) because I wanted to arrange for my psychiatrist to see me at home rather than at the hospital because I am really not well, but nobody answered. I rang at 2. 08pm, which is within office hours.

This is not the first time it has happened, it usually takes a long time for someone to answer so I hold on but now I've rang twice in one day and still nobody is answering the phone.
