"My husbands wet arms"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

My husband has been under the care of the consultant for about two years now for the above condition. I always accompany him for his appointments.

He has always been treated with the utmost care and kindness both in the DGH and Bexhill Hospital Eye Department.

The consultant is an exceptionally talented consultant.

The DGH should be very proud of them.

With our impending retirement we have the opportunity to leave Eastbourne but feel we could never better Eastbourne/Bexhill ophthalmology ,so for the time being we will stay put to get the best possible treatment.

I can't praise this department highly enough.

Thank you so much for your complimentary feedback on NHS Choices about the care your husband received from Ophthalmology Services at Eastbourne DGH and Bexhill Hospital.

It's always so encouraging for staff to receive positive feedback, as this recognises the fantastic job they do in making sure every patient counts and receives a high standard of care.

The Ophthalmology staff will be very pleased to read your comments and happy to know that you and your husband value their work, kindness and expertise.

We send you our best wishes for a happy retirement.
