"nightmare"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

My partner was admitted to be induced and have her waters broken on new years eve 3015.Nearly a week later we are still sitting on Cley ward with nothing happening . We have had multiple midwives say us to they don't know why so many inductions were booked when they were known to be short staffed .The only upside of this absolute nightmare is that the midwives and staff on Cley ward are 5 star amazing . Nnuh please learn to organize yourself better as the treatment we have received is disgusting and could of been avoided if you could have organised yourself better here's hoping no other parents to be have to go through this nightmare

We are very sorry to hear about the delay to your partner's induction and the distress this has caused you both. Your feedback has been passed to the Head of Midwifery and we would encourage you to get in touch if you would like to talk to someone in more detail or make a complaint. In the first instance, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on pals@nnuh.nhs.uk
