"Friendly and reassuring"

I arrived at 1.00pm and greeted by a friendly nurse, who took my details and made me easy. I met the doctors again were friendly and reassuring.
The technician who took my through the theatre was friendly and made me fell at ease.
The after care was great and the nurses attentive.
I was discharged at 6.00pm after being informed of pain relief and what to do when I got home. I had a very possitive experience.
