"All round excellent experience."

I was extremely anxious about my procedure on the day surgery unit. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, informative, kind and professional. They were, without exception, efficient and patient focused. The ward and bathroom areas were spotlessly clean. The young member of domestic staff on duty was hard working and consciousness.The surgeon and the anaesthetic both treated me with care and respect, making me feel that I mattered. My experience was all good.
