"My mother, who has Dementia, was admitted with..."

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

On 14/12/2015 my mother came to

A&E in terrible pain and in a highly confused state.

She was quickly admitted, given pain relief, xrayed and transferred to Ward 32. She subsequently received a new hip and stayed on the Ward until 23/12/2015.

The care my mother received was superb and extremely efficient.

Her Dementia makes her difficult to deal with at times, but everyone was so kind and patient with her. We were absolutely amazed at the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff.

The Matron of Ward 32 does a brilliant job as Head of such a strong team
