"My stress levels were reduced"

I was dreading have the procedure and extremely stressed. I thought I would be waiting for hours. I was seen very punctually and given good information about what would happen. There was no waiting or delay after my first contact with a nurse, the procedure went ahead immediately so I didn't have time to get nervous.

Afterwards I was cared for in a friendly and professional way and given more appropriate information before being allowed home.
