Totally disorganised, some staff were helpful but, unfortunately, several curt and disrespectful staff. Waiting time 7 hours to see a doctor in The AMU. Disgraceful and I feel potentially dangerous for patients. Hopefully will never need the unit again. Would strongly recommend asking for referral to a different hospital if acutely unwell. I most certainly will not be referring any of my patients to this unit.
