"Abandoned by Circle Bath"

I had a hip replacement which went wrong in October, which has left me unable to walk without sticks and in pain. I have seen various consultations with 3 surgeons who agreed l need urgent revision surgery, l have been told the operation has to be at the RUH as Circle Bath don't have the equipment. The worst bit l have been told l need a new referral from my GP and it could take up to 14 weeks for the operation. Surely even as an NHS patient they have a clinical/moral duty to put things right, after all they have taken the money from the NHS and are now expecting the NHS to pick up the pieces. It's wrong that the NHS has to pay twice.
