"Referral from 111"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Referred to A&E by 111 suffering with shortness of breath.

Seen fairly promptly - nursing staff were pleasant and efficient.

Doctor was outstanding.

Showed empathy and genuine concern arranging a number of tests and follow-up with GP.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

Thank you.
