"Brilliant!"

Have been here twice for emergencies now. The first time was a deep cut that needed cleaning and the second was for a dislocated shoulder. Both times the receptionist was lovely and took all the necessary information quickly but obviously really cared, we were seen immediately, the nurses were kind and extremely knowledgeable. When my husband's shoulder dislocated the nurse said we would probably have to go to Bath as they couldn't x-ray it there but the nurse gave my husband some strong painkillers to stop the pain and to try to relax his muscles. The shoulder went back into place without a trip to Bath and because the nurse was willing to take the time to try and relax him. I honestly think they're a brilliant hospital.
