(as the patient),

I just wanted to write to thank the staff in A&E who dealt with me turning up first thing in the morning and having to spend the day in their care. Everyone was really helpful, gentle, informative and concerned for me. And I liked my leftover turkey sandwich a lot!

Also thanks to the ambulance crew who seemed to get me from Ballindalloch to Elgin in about 2 minutes!

Thanks to everyone at a great little hospital.

What a shame you had to spend Christmas Day at hospital! I am so glad the staff in the emergency department were able to care for you in such a person-centred and professional manner. The emergency department can, as we are all aware, be a very busy and sometimes challenging environment, so it is great to hear that we can, and do, deliver good care.

We are very grateful to you too, for taking the time to post your feedback. It means a lot to staff to hear that they are doing ther jobs well and delivering a high standard of care.

What ever was ailing you, we hope you are on the mend now.
