"Long delays in getting Hernias sorted"

I have been waiting some 16 months for 3 Hernias to be sorted, apart from hints that if I went Private I could have the procedure immediately unfortunately in my case this is not possible.

I have contacted PALS they answer your e mails a. Couple of times and then when they get nowhere they they loose interest in your case and no longer answer your mail. They will not even admit that they will no longer answer your e mails. I hope that when I finally get an appointment they will not have to dig me up for the operation.
