"Care, Caring and Carefulness"

I have been treated at the Western on many occasions since early June 2015,

I have been to A&E during the day several times and at night on at least three occasions. I may have had to wait because of the sheer number of patients waiting to be seen, but I have always been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism by all members of staff. I have also been seen in the Glaucoma clinic on a number of occasions and was operated on at the end of October and I simply could not offer enough praise, nor enough gratitude, for the way in which my problems have been dealt with.
