Find it really trying that as soon as you step out of the main entrance you are surrounded by smokers, usually gathered around the No Smoking signs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views. Royal Surrey County Hospital is a no smoking site and our security team do ask smokers to either move on or extinguish their cigarettes. I have passed your comments onto our head of security.
