Absolute night mare of a department they treat the over 65s like there no longer patients.

The doctors in the respitory department have no bed side manner or respect for the patient or there family, you ring to speak to a respitory nurse in clinic and are told why are you ringing ?? Then told you will be called back and never are. one nurse tells you one thing then the next changes the story with a bit more added on.

Oxygen levels and infections were over looked on numerous occasions.
