"Walk in service started good and went very south"

About: University College Hospital

To be brief, the doctor that saw me ended up saying: "either way, you don´t live here". I might not be english as a big percentage of people in London but I work and live here now, so I do not accept this type of treatment and that the superiors in the hospital tolerate this. As well, they did not care to make themself understandable to me, even when I asked over and over again.

I must say though, the nurse that saw me first was quite the opposite and really kind to me.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us. We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience of Accident and Emergency at UCLH. We would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) via pals@uclh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 3447 3042 so that we can look into this.
