Four lovely staff on ward 7a, only redeeming features in this horrendous ward, One particular HCA and another HCA were so fantastic with myself and my mum when we were distraught about a decision made about my father's care, they genuinely listened to us and we're concerned whereas other members of staff sniggered and rolled their eyes whilst we were crying, along with accusing myself of neglect and trying to get us to do something that we were legally unable to just to get my dad discharged!

Two staff nurses were also very good, in the 7 days my father was there they were the only people who made contact with the family, again very caring understanding and a credit to the nhs.
