This is my first baby. I am staying here for last 7 days and I will have to say the service here in NHS is brilliant, they took care of me and my baby. Thanks a lot

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Firstly let me apologise that we haven't previously answered your comments. We take great care to answer all comments promptly and accurately so I'm sorry that somehow we missed yours.

However I am pleased that your comments were so positive about your first babies birth and subsequent stay at East Surrey Hospital. It's always good to read words like "brilliant" and I hope the subsequent seven months have been equally brilliant for you and your new child.
