Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am glad that you are happy with the standard of care you received from doctors and nurses at King's and I will pass your comments onto our staff who will be very encouraged by your kind words. I am sorry however that your experience of some of the reception staff you encountered was not so positive and I will pass your comments on to the relevant department. We report back quarterly on comments and suggestions received and what we have done about them and this information will be posted on our website.
