I find the hospital overall generally unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Along with my sister I waited for nearly 3 hours to speak to a consultant who allegedly is involved in caring for my mother.

I came away with more questions than answers and was given the feeling that if you ask questions you are seen as trouble.

The care that my mother has been receiving and I use the work care as I can not think of another borders on neglect and I will be raising a formal complaint to the hospital along with CQC
