i attended the hospital on christmas eve 2015 and i left without the procedure i was supposed to be having because the staff couldnt put a canular in me????its a hospital what if id have needed emergency treatment? they made me feel worthless and blamed me for their inadequency...i have to go back for the same procedure i pray its different staff.

We are really sorry you have had cause to raise this concern. This would not be the standard of care we expect from our staff.
Without the specific details it is difficult to determine what department you were treated in.
