(as a service user),

Moving very shortly into 2010, I want to say that 2009 has been not too good a year for some in Cumbria, regarding weather conditions and their wellbeing. I was a fortunate person that wasn't affected in that way, but I thought about many who were.

We are going to shortly be moving into another year, 2010. I myself am thinking of New Year Resolutions, just like I usually do, but never have any.

I do however like to be positive, I do have my lows like everyone else does, but I find they come but they also go. I do hope its infectious, that my positivity rubs off on whoever reads this, or you may have enough of your own to share.

Many thanks for your New Year wishes, yes sadly many of our staff and service users were affected by the floods in 2009 which you can read about here: http://www.cumbriapartnership.nhs.uk/About/News/Article.aspx?keyValue=107
