(as the patient),

Called needing advice about severe constipation. First responder very thorough with pertitent questions. Was told would receive a doctor's phone call. Received this call within the hour and was given very helpful advice. Advised to take MOVICOL which was unable to purchase until next day due to bank holiday. Very many thanks to you all.

By the way after your text asking for comment, this was not easy to find!
