Attended the Pre-Op Assessment Clinic today and was very impressed with the kind, courteous and efficient service I experienced. Thank you to a particular member of staff and the other staff who dealt with me. If the staff who deal with me for the follow up operation are as efficient, I will be highly satisfied.
