Initial appointed delayed as paperwork lost.

However when attended hospital great professional helpful service.

Very clean.

I attended my treatment 2 weeks later and all went very well on the day. Treatment was a success and told I would have a follow up appointment about 4 weeks later with treatment then repeating every 4 months to manage the pain.

That was 5 months ago.

No follow up received not even by phone, despite me making frequent calls to the hospital myself.

The treatment kept my pain away for 4 months but I am now in a worse state than before.

If I had had my follow up treatment after 4 months then I wouldn't be in this pain now.
