"Miserable A & E nurse"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My husband got send there from doctors for chest X Ray , docter he seen was great , but nurse who seen to his nebuliser & iv looked at me as if I was stupid when I asked what the tablets were he was been given.

When I got lost finding my way back to him

I asked the same nurse what room he was in ,it was to much for them to answer they just moved their head and raised their eyes in his direction.

Person who took him to the ward and staff on ward could not have been more helpful.

Thank you also for taking the time to let us know that the care your husband received from rest of the doctors, porters and ward staff was as you would expect it to be. This is very important to us.
