"Friendly and reassuring"

I had a suspicious mole removed in the department. The staff were friendly and reassuring, which I appreciated as I was anxious about the outcome. I was seen promptly and kept well informed through all stages. The operation was performed well, did not hurt and the scar is neat. The biopsy results came one month later, which was within the four to six week timeframe I was given. Thank you to all the staff involved in my treatment.
