I was refused a repeat prescription request of Hydromol moisturiser. I ordered on a Thursday and went to collect on the Monday. I had to re-attend in the afternoon and still no prescription. The receptionist refused to give me it. She said allow me a few days however I had already been waiting since Thursday.
