"Suggestion for after Christmas Meal"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

First of all I'd like to thank the staff member PD on Rowan One Ward for organising this activity. of the two that went to the meal from Redwood One Ward. Both said that they Enjoyed their time off the ward and getting back to "Normality" in the Carvery.

But both said they would have liked to have had more time out however. They appreciate that they had time from the wards and this time augment there recovery process. Possiblly as an extra walk after the meal might be a good thing fotr the next time......

Hello,

I'm really pleased that both people from Redwood 1 enjoyed the meal out and after speaking to them both have heard this first hand too. I agree that staff member PD did an excellent job organising this. A walk afterwards sounds like a good idea and am sure this can be taken forward for this years Chrsitmas festivities and organising them with all aspects of recovery and activity in mind.
