"Endoscopy day unit"

I received an appointment letter while I was away on holiday which requested a confirmation. I returned on a boxing day being unable to confirm my appointment.

The switchboard guys tried their best and they were very helpful. I attended the Endoscopy Unit today on the day of my appointment and I was still planed for my Gastroscopy which has been a big relieve because I wasn't in need to choose another date. The staff were really helpful from the reception up to the discharge. My nurse made my stay enjoyable and the rest of the team were very nice. This is the 3rd time here and I service was excellent.
