"So grateful to a wonderful staff"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

Yesterday I was taken into hospital. It was quite swift passing through triage. I was impressed by the efficiency, friendliness, humour and professionalism of all who treated me - I reckon it was at least five nurses/doctor who attended to me in the two hours it took to diagnose my ailment. I was subject to a raft of necessary tests and feel I received the best possible treatment but in the most efficient and friendliest way. Thank you.
