I am now into my second week of recovery from my left hip replacement. I had my right hip replaced by the same wonderful surgeon here at The Oaks 13 months ago . The service I received on both occasions was fantastic the nursing staff were very caring and understanding and special thanks to one member of stafff in particular who was so kind and helpful beyond the call of duty .
I cannot find fault with anything, the catering staff were great , the cleaner 's were all friendly and polite and done a great job without being intrusive .
The Phisio team are wonderfully motivating and give great encouragement I am looking forward to my coming sessions with them .
The reception staff were also friendly and helpful in fact the whole hospital is very well run and I would highly recommend it to anyone !
