"Emergency ward"

I was in Emergency ward for 4hours waiting for somebody to come and treat me. My ear was bleeding and no one came to help. When I complaint I was told that they have no places and I have to go by myself to another hospital. I was brought to Northwick Park hospital by ambulance and luckily I had enough money to pay for the taxi service to take me to Chelsea and Westminster hospital where I was profesionaly treated.
