"First baby scan"

About: Princess Anne Hospital

I just read review about scan and I m shocked. I thought it happen only to me and lady just had a bad day... I m pregnant with my first baby and went for first scan on beging of December. I was really happy and excited. And then everything disappear. From beging there was no "hello or good afternoon" just simple instructions and after that said that baby is in wrong position and i should go do 4 times walking on stairs and go back in 5 min. I had really hard day and lot of asthma attacks but I was desperate to do it. After I was back they were angry at me that baby didn t move and start to shout at me... I was wordless just looked at her shocked. In my minds was "can t beleive that happening". Went for another go to stairs and lucky for me and baby it was done. Went home exhausted, stressed and upset. I m afraid to go back at my 20 weeks scan. I have hope that I don t need to deal with this member of staff again. All other staff working there looked really nice and happy so I thought it was just my bad luck... Waiting area was full of info about "zero tolerance policy" What about zero tolerance to violence against patients?
