"5 hours wait"

I just been waiting nearly 5 hours with my 3 year old son to be seen by a doctor, I had to leave without my son been seen. This is just ridiculous, something like this happen in an emergency service for children's.

Every patient who attends A&E is triaged and assessment made on urgency.
I am sorry you had a long wait to be seen, our department has been very busy and delays can occur in when emergency blue light ambulances arrive carrying critically ill patients for immediate treatment.
