"I felt really good because I hadnt been treated like this before"

I got given a card on Christmas Day and it was an invitation to the ice hockey. I had been before and loved it so I was delighted I could go again. This time though it was in a VIP box. We got waited on and a free programme and we even got to choose the MOTM. I couldn't believe it, I felt really good because I hadnt been treated like this before. Everyone was nice and we kept sharing chocolate and snacks. It was also nice seeing the other patients off the ward we share and enjoying themselves. We had lots of photos at the event and I want to put it up at the unit to remind me of it! I am glad Nottingham Panthers won and I have asked if I could go again. I also asked if I could get a season ticket!
