I attended blackburn royal urgent care unit on on friday the 11th December at bout 4.45am after being adviced by NHS direct. I have multiple gould stones in my gould bladder and i was in apsulout agony with gould stone pain and pressure buliding in my back giving me back ace. At attendence at the hospital i registerd with my details at the reception and fews mins later got sent to A & E. When i attended A&E it looked very quite and there was six nurse sat around a computer and by the sound it looked as if they where watching some sort of TV programme. i was quickly told by one male nurse to go and wait in cubicle 3 and someone will be with me in a few mins. i was sat in the cubicle for 1 and a half hours in and not 1 nurse or doctor came to see me. i was so much in pain i just could not stay the cubile anymore. i walked back to the front desk to see what was happening and so all six nurses still sat around the computer watching something and two doctors sat on talking on the desk next to them. as i approched near the front desk where the nurses were watching on the computer i just got ignored. i felt so angry and in servire pain i left the hospital and head to the nearest shop and bought a pack off paracetomol and swoload 5 tablets at once and then waited 5 more hours to in very serious pain for the pain to where of. I am very very disgusted with the disgusting treatment i received at blackburn royal hospital and would not attented this hospital again if i did not have to.
