"Minor Problem on Christmas Sunday Sorted..."

I went to A and E with a problem that I would normally have seen my GP about (it being early Christmas Sunday). The receptionist was very courteous and helpful despite being extremely tired from a long night shift. I then saw the triage nurse who was again very helpful and courteous. Within half an hour I had seen the out of hours doctor (again very helpful and courteous!) and the problem was on its way to being sorted.
