What I liked

The staff were friendly and professional and the treatment I received was very good. The aftercare and support likewise.

What could be improved

The parking facilities are appalling. I have been attending outpatient appointments regularly for the last 8 months and each time I find the farce of finding a space raises my blood pressure and makes me feel very stressed. I cannot afford a taxi, public transport is not convenient and I have no one who could drop me off. I don't wish to cancel appointments, but I find the parking is becoming so detrimental to my well-being (not the ideal when attending hospital appointments.) that I am considering picking and choosing my out-patient appointments. The parking lets down ALL of the very good features of this hospital in a big way.
