The nhs mental health service is a joke. if you are suicidal you have to wait 8 weeks to see somebody who probably will not understand complex mental health conditions. How do I get through the next eight weeks without resorting to self harm. I also had memories that were suppressed that came back because of trauma. these memories feel like they belong to somebody else but the emotions are mine. year after year I can not cope with everyday life, which is not normal.
