Currently recieving physio and acupuncture for a herniated disk in my back that caused deliberating pain numbness and pins and needles in my leg. My physiotherapist has helped me to find some relief just I time for xmas and my condition is getting better 😀 I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment , which is great !!
