Patients are left in corridors, discouraged from needing gowns, not informed of drugs to be administered and treated as 'difficult' if they ask.

Patient areas are bleak.

Staff are indifferent.

The department is not on the list for feedback, it should be!

More information should be given to patients prior to visit.

I am sorry you had such a poor experience on Christmas Eve. I would like to look into the issues you raise and would be grateful if you will contact me via the complaints team and I shall be happy to speak to you for more information.
