"Swift diagnosis & treatment by excellent A&E..."

I was advised to go to A&E recently by one of the out of hours doctors. On arrival I found the receptionist there some what rude and condescending but I ultimately received excellent care and treatment by the doctor I saw. I have quite complex health conditions which, in the past have seemed to intimidate doctors but this one listened carefully, carried out a full investigation and provided treatment for me to use at home. I cannot recommend this member of staff enough - many renewed thanks to them!
