What I liked
My wife was admitted to the hospital very seriously ill and was saved by a great surgeon but after spending 4 1/2 weeks in ITU &4 weeks on Tolgus ward . I spent on average of 11hrs a day looking after her needs as the nursing staff are so over stretched it is unbelievable that they do so well in very difficult conditions .Many thanks to them they know who they are .
What could be improved
The management should assign more nursing staff to all shifts . Comunications between Doctors inc surgeons and patients & relatives should also be improved to help us understand more
