About: Cumberland Infirmary

I would like to commend the charge nurse and assistant nurse for the careful , sympathetic and dedicated care afforded to to my friend between 2pm and 4pm this afternoon.

At a time when the department was busy, the time taken to ensure this 89 year old flood victim received the professional attention needed deserves recognition.

Thank you Cumberland Infirmary

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Trust. I can only imagine how dreadful it was for people directly affected by the flooding and can imagine it is particularly distressing for our more mature ladies and gentlemen.

I will pass your comments to the staff in A&E as they will be delighted to hear they made a difference at such a difficult time.

I do hope your friend is getting more back to normal and is able to return to their home as soon as possible.

With very best wishes for the New Year

Helen
