About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Clinical care is very good.

Waiting times seem to be worse.

Booking appointments is difficult, unresponsive and lengthy.

No click and book yet so GP referrals fall into a black hole, with appointments emerging 2 weeks beforehand.

Months of waiting for that letter creates anxiety and makes carers' plans difficult.

Definitely needs improvement, though all the staff have been superb.

The systems are just poor.

I am very sorry that your found the booking system was not at the high standard that we expect.

Please be assured that your feedback will be passed onto the Service Managers responsible for Ophthalmology. We would welcome the opportunity to investigate the issues you have raised and provide you with a response.
